　　中国梦和美国梦的区别与联系

　　摘要

　　习近平总书记提出中国梦以后，引起了广泛的关注，更多学者更是深入研究中国梦的内涵。中国梦不仅是中国人民对未来的寄托，更是实现中华民族伟大复兴的迫切要求。在研究中国梦时，常常会想到当初的美国梦，十九世纪的美国梦曾经促进了国家的迅速发展，如今中国梦的提出也引发了许多学者的深思。中国是一个社会主义国家，而美国是一个资本主义国家，由于各国的引导思想不同，中国梦与美国梦就会有不同的地方，本文将深入分析中国梦与美国梦的联系与区别，探索中国梦的独特之处以及美国梦的优势所在，相互学习，进一步加深对中国梦的理解。

　　当习近平总书记提出“中国梦”这一概念的时，较多数人想到了”美国梦”。关于两者之间的关系，有两种比较极端的观点:一种是对立的观点，认为这两种梦在本质上是对立的，根本是两种不同的梦。另一种是相融的观点，认为它们是相互融合的。显然，这两种观点都比较片面，既不能高度赞扬中国梦而贬低美国梦，也不能说中国梦是美国梦的延伸。本文通过分析这两个梦之间的联系与区别，加深对中国梦的进一步认识。

　　一、两个梦的起源

　　“美国梦”是最典型的国家层面上的梦想，由科学家詹姆斯·特拉斯·洛亚当斯提出，他给美国梦的定义是:美国人应该生活在这样的土地上，每个人的生活都很富足，有能力的人总是会遇到各种机遇，直至成功，不仅仅是物质上的满足，更对精神追求有了更进一步地要求。

　　2012午11月29号，习近平总书记在参观中国国家博物馆主办的“复兴之路”的展览后深刻指出：实现中华民族的伟大复兴是中国近代以来最伟大的梦想，这个梦想凝聚了几代中国人的夙愿，体现了中华民族和中国人民的整体利益，是甸个中华儿女的共同期盼。

　　二、中国梦与美国梦的联系

　　“中国梦”早就出现在中国的历史中，鸦片战争后，民族意识不断增强，再到后来孙中山创立的兴中会，这都是朝着中华民族的复兴前进着。到如今，中国梦的内涵不断具体化，它不仅仅是中国的梦，更是每一个中国人民的梦。

　　从英国人发现新大陆的后，美国便逐渐出现，直到独立《独立宣言》的公布，这是对自由的追寻，更是对生命的尊重。随后，“美国梦”就为此而诞生。

　　为实现中华民族的伟大复兴而提出中国梦，全心全意为人民的幸福着想。而“美国梦”更加注重物质享受，强调人权。无论是“中国梦”还是“美国梦”，它们都是设身处地为个人着想，保障了个人的利益后再来谈国家的梦。因此，它们都是每一个国民的梦，只有个人不断地艰苦奋斗，顽强拼搏，才能让个人的梦想得到实现，进而完成国家层面的梦想。

　　三、中国梦与美国梦的区别

　　（一）中国梦与美国梦有着不同的含义

　　“中国梦”的最根本内容是实现中华民族的复兴和人民的幸福，从整个民族

　　来看，是中华民族的复兴梦；从国家的层面上来看，这是一个强国梦；从个人层面上来看，是每一个中国人的幸福梦；“国”和“家”是心连着心，脉通着脉的命运共同体。从人民的根本利益出发，力求人民过得幸福，着力发展中国经济，为中华民族的伟大复兴而奋斗，它强调的是先把让国家发展起来，国家强大了，人民的生活就幸福了。总之，“中国梦”就是中华民族的复兴梦，实现中国富强的梦，让人民生活幸福的梦。

　　人们对于“美国梦”的见解也不太一样：有的人认为它就是在充分保障自由平等的条件下去挣更多的钱，“美国梦”所崇尚的是人们自由、足够的物质需求、有相对平等的机会。而有的人认为，“美国梦”只是一部分人的梦，只是个人的奋斗来实现平等，根本无法实现绝对的公平和自由。它更加注重每个人的发展，通过实现每一个人的梦想，国家的梦想就指日可待了，这更体现出美国梦是个人梦。

　　（二）中国梦与美国梦有着不同主体制度背景

　　中国梦和美国梦有着不同的主体，这也会导致一些差异。中国梦始终围绕着中国的每一个公民。它必须借助中国每一个人民的力量来实现中国的强国之梦，同时，全体人民都与中国梦息息相关。习近平同志指出:中国梦从本质上来说是全体人民的梦，必须紧紧依靠人民的力量来完成，并不断为人民谋福利。而美国梦强调的是单个的人，能不能实现梦想是个人的事，与国家并没有太大的关系。个人只是根据自己的意愿和能力，为实现梦想而奋斗，只对自己负责。只有在实现这种梦想后，就会得到梦想所个人带来的益处，不然的话，除了国家的最低的生活保障外，分享不了他人梦想的成果。所以，美国梦只是一个个体的梦，不是国家的梦。

　　中国梦与美国梦实现的社会制度也不一样。当前的中国梦背景下，经济、政治等各个方面都比较发达，社会制度不断完善，这都为实现中国梦提供了坚实的基础。而追求美国梦的时候，美国经济百废待兴，美国人的生活更是困苦不堪，当初的资本主义制度不太完善，出现了许多弊端。更为重要的是，中国现在已经找到了社会主义道路，建立了比较完善的社会制度，并取得了不错的成就。

　　（三）中国梦与美国梦有着不同的终极目标

　　随着改革开放的进一步深化，中国经济不断增长，在世界上的地位更是起着

　　不可小觑的作用，进出口贸易更是稳定增长，在国际上担任常任理事国，举办大型的国际会议，参与重要的决策，成立金砖银行，为发展中国家提供无偿的帮助，中国的足迹更是涉及到全球各地，影响力也不断增加，中国每一个国民正在努力奋斗，为全面建成小康社会而拼搏，为共产主义的终极目标而奋斗终身。

　　而美国，经济上虽然很强大，但是资本主义发展的过程中出现了许多问题。外债不断，国内负债累累，当初许多发展较好的行业都逐渐衰败，国家内忧外患不断，恐怖袭击增多，安全机密得不到保障。“美国梦”在实现的过程中问题逐渐增多，而美国梦的目标是通过自身的发展来解决这些日益突出的矛盾，减少弊端，实现个人的平等自由。

　　四、总结

　　综上所述，“美国梦”把个人作为主体，实现平等；而“中国梦”更加注重民族复兴，通过努力实现个人的梦想。这两种梦都不单是理想的蓝图，都对梦想的实现进行了规划，都是对未来进行了比较完整的设计，力图发展自身，实现梦想。对于中国公民，应该更加注重中国的文化，努力学习文化知识，为中国的发展贡献自己的力量，为中华民族的复兴而奋斗终身，让中国真正强大起来，屹立于世界民族之林，前景催人奋进，但自身应不断奋斗，这样的话，中华民族就会在不久的将来复兴起来、强大起来。

　　First,theChinesehistoryofthousandsofyears,walkingintheforefrontofthedevelopmentofworldcivilization,thebrilliantachievementsinthefourgreatinventionsastherepresentative,topromotethepolitical,economicandculturaldevelopmentofancientChinese,hashadagreatinfluenceonworldcivilization,fortheprogressofhumansocietyhasmadegreatcontributions,thisisthepeople"sprideandChineseproud.ThesplendidcivilizationofancientChinaisthehistoricaloriginoftheChinesedream,andalsoarichresourcefortherealizationoftheChinesedream.

　　Second,theChinesedreamcomesfromtheOpiumWarof1840,andtheChinesedreamisastruggleagainstaggressionbythebigpowersandbackwardnessandbeatings.SincemoderntimesChinesemenandwomenwithhighidealsconstantlytoachievethedreamandstruggleChina.AftertheTaipingHeavenlyKingdom,theWesternizationMovement,thereformmovement,therevolutionof1911,Chinasemicolonialandsemifeudalsocietypropertiesdidnotchange,Chinapeople"santiimperialistandantifeudaldidnotcompletethetask,nationalindependenceandpeople"sLiberationandprosperityofthecountryandthe

　　35yearsofreformandopeningup,thefruitsofworldeconomy:Chinaalmostatanaverageannualrateoftwodigitgrowth,totaleconomicoutputfromtheworld"stenthjumpedtosecond,accountingfortheproportionoftheworldeconomyjumpedfrom1.8%to11.5%,rankedfirstintheworld"scontributiontoworldeconomicgrowthrate.Chinahassuccessfullymovedintothemiddleoftheworldstage.
